A different kind of training day. 🥾⛰️ The boys traded the rink for the trails today, taking a break from the ice for a team hike up Stoney Hill Regional Park. Not a bad way to spend an off-ice day in the Cowichan Valley! Back to work tomorrow as the team gets set for our first exhibition game in Alberni Valley.

Team White takes the Bill Dellebuur Intersquad Game! 🏆 Team Red made a push, but Team White came away with the win in this year’s Red vs. White matchup! A huge thank you to the Dellebuur family and everyone who joined us at the Cowichan Community Centre in support of the Cowichan District Hospital Foundation.
