A different kind of training day. 🥾⛰️ The boys traded the rink for the trails today, taking a break from the ice for a team hike up Stoney Hill Regional Park. Not a bad way to spend an off-ice day in the Cowichan Valley! Back to work tomorrow as the team gets set for our first exhibition game in Alberni Valley.
