Welcome: Kristen Siermachesky as Operations Manager

Kristen Siermachesky is originally from New Liskeard, Ontario. In spring 2021, she graduated from Syracuse University with a BS in Sport Management while serving as a captain of the Women’s Ice Hockey team. While at Syracuse, she served as President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, Vice President of the Diversity and Inclusion board, and as an Ambassador of David B. Falk College. Kristen worked with the Syracuse Crunch (AHL Hockey) and within the department of Student-Athlete Development in Syracuse athletics.

She was chosen to represent Syracuse as an ACC representative while leading her team to the first ever conference title in program history. Upon graduation, Kristen had been nominated for NCAA Women of the Year. In the Fall of 2021, Kristen began to pursue her masters in the top ranked Sport Administration Master’s program at the University of North Carolina. At this time, she joined the rowing team and was awarded ACC New Comer of the year at the conference championships.

Kristen has been invited to move to the area to train through the development process with the Rowing Canada. She is passionate about sharing her sport, life and personal experiences to continue the growth of our program.
