Capitals Complete Trade With Portage Terriers – Kian Calder from hometown of Portage la Prairie, MB
The Cowichan Capitals have completed a trade with the Portage Terriers of the Manitoba Junior Hockey League (MJHL) for future considerations.
Coming to the Capitals is 2002 born, Kian Calder. The 5’10” / 192lb defencemen joins the Capitals after tallying 4 goals and 1 assist for 5 points in 8 games played this 2020-21 season before the hockey league shut down due to the pandemic. Kian tallied 19 goals and 40 assists for a total of 59 points in 43 games during the 2019-20 season with the Central Plains Capitals U18 AAA as team Captain. The Cowichan Capitals would like to welcome Kian to the Capitals Family and look forward to seeing him on the ice.
