The Cowichan Capitals are excited to announce along with one of our sponsors Maxxam Insurance, that 3 fans will have to opportunity to shoot-to-win for a $50,000 cash prize at our Home Opener Saturday September 23rd against the Nanaimo Clippers!
TICKETS
Tickets are available starting Friday September 1st at the Capitals office, which is open M-F from 10A-2P, and can be reached on the phone at 250-748-9930. Tickets are $10. Of all tickets purchased, 3 with be selected to take one shot during the 2nd intermission for the chance to win. Tickets will be for sale from September 1st up to the end of the 1st period at the game on September 23rd. The draw for the 3 shooters will be done during the 1st intermission at the game.
THE SHOT
The 3 selected ticket holders will each have one shot from the far blue-line to a net positioned in the normal spot with a board with a small opening along the ice in the middle of the net. If the shot enters the net through the hole, the shooter wins $50,000. If a shooter scores through the target gap, they win and the contest ends.
Ticket holders must be at the Home Opener Saturday September 23rd to take the shot. Contact the Capitals office for tickets or any additional questions.
