Beginning November 17, join Caps goaltenders Rhett Stoesser and Jack Hirshorn, along with Capitals Goalie Coach Russ Sanderson, for seven 6:00-7:30 Monday morning ice sessions at the Cowichan Community Centre, where you can learn from the big boys!
GOALTENDERS:
$50 per Session

$300 for all Seven Sessions
SHOOTERS:
$25 per Session
or
