Duncan, BC – The Cowichan Capitals are excited to announce that the club will open its 2026-27 BCHL home schedule on Friday, September 18, when they welcome the Victoria Grizzlies to the Cowichan Community Centre. Puck drop is scheduled for 7:00 PM.
The home opener will feature an early Coastal Conference showdown between two familiar opponents. The Capitals and Grizzlies met seven times during the 2025-26 regular season, with Cowichan posting a 3-3-1 record before eliminating Victoria in seven games during the opening round of the BCHL playoffs. Cowichan will look to build on a strong campaign that saw them finish atop the Coastal Conference with a 38-13-3 record before advancing to the second round of the Rogers BCHL Playoffs.
Season tickets are on sale now, with individual game tickets becoming available once the league schedule is finalized. Fans can secure their seats by visiting the Capitals’ office or purchasing online through the team’s website (here).
