This Saturday’s forecast at the Big Stick: It will be raining…..Teddys!
Your Capitals are holding their annual teddy bear toss game during their Saturday night matchup with the Surrey Eagles! Fans are encouraged to bring an unused stuffed toy to throw on the ice after the Capitals first goal. All stuffed toys will go to local charities to help brighten the holidays for those in need.
We will also be running a food drive benefitting the Cowichan Valley Basket Society. Non perishable food donations will be accepted during our Saturday night matchup with Surrey, as well as our Sunday matinee with the Chilliwack Chiefs.
