Capitals commit to forward Keenan Ingram for 2023/24

The Cowichan Capitals are excited to announce the commitment of 18 year old forward Keenan Ingram for the 2023/24 season. Ingram, from Calgary, Alberta played Junior B in the KIJHL for the Columbia Valley Rockies this season. In his first season of junior, he posted a league best 43 goals in 41 games played, and his 74 points was second in the league. In 6 playoff games Ingram added another 2 goals and 7 points before the Rockies were eliminated in the first round by Fernie. The KIJHL also named him Rookie of the Year in the Eddie Mountain Division, and led all rookies in scoring.

Ingram is listed at 6’1″ – 181lbs and played for the Calgary Stamps U18 team in 2021/22 where he was part of a HCAA League Championship while also leading the league in goals with 37 and points with 56. Welcome to Cowichan Keenan!
