The Cowichan Capitals are pleased announce that 20 year old defenceman David Melaragni has committed to the NCAA Division 1 Canisius Golden Griffins. Canisius College is located in Buffalo, New York and the Golden Griffins play in the NCAA Atlantic Hockey Conference. Melaragni is having a career year for the Capitals and is currently the team’s leading scorer with 12 goals and 36 assists for 48 points in 56 games played.
The Capitals are very proud of David and would Iike to congratulate him on his great accomplishment.
