BCHL Partners with Anchor Strategy

With the on-ice intensity set to ratchet up this week for the start of the BCHL Playoffs, the league is pleased to announce a partnership with Anchor Strategy.
This partnership has come together over the course of this season and was made official this week.
Anchor Strategy is dedicated to brand building and audience engagement with the ultimate goal of delivering bottom-line results for clients. By joining the BCHL team, Anchor Strategy is planning to utilize the league’s sterling reputation in hockey to identify and secure partners who want to align themselves with the league’s vision and direction.
“I’m continually impressed by the BCHL’s effort to provide opportunities for the athletes to take the next steps in the game as well as their education,” said Anchor Strategy founder Glen Eisler. “The BCHL has a platform of 17 teams, with loyal fans, that are dedicated and influential members of their communities. I believe the values and reach of the BCHL and the member teams allow league partners to directly connect and engage with communities across the league.”
The BCHL currently has 124 players committed to college hockey and 273 former players competing at the NCAA Div. I level. While in the BCHL, players are expected to balance their hockey commitments with school schedules, charity work, community appearances and fundraising. The demands put on these young men prepare them for success in higher levels of hockey but also in life. The qualities demonstrated by BCHL players are why the league enjoys its standing in the hockey world after 56 seasons of existence.
“Glen has impressed us with his energy and we’re positive his enthusiasm and work ethic at Anchor Strategy will deliver results for us,” said BCHL executive director Trevor Alto. “We believe in the direction of our league and are confident Anchor Strategy can capitalize on that to add to our stable of partners.”
Anchor Strategy begins work right away.
