The Capitals have partnered with Igniter Tickets to improve the way we do ticketing. Igniter is a trusted leader in the ticketing industry and is used by several teams, leagues & events for their ticketing needs. We are proud to be the 7th BCHL team to transition to their system. This system has many benefits and will provide fans the opportunity to purchase tickets online. This includes purchases of single game tickets, flex passes, and season tickets.
We’re excited to announce that our 2022/23 Season Tickets are now available for purchase. Early bird rates will be in effect until 11:59pm on May 20th.
Current season ticket holders should receive an email with a renewal offer to purchase your specific seats. Igniter has inputted all our season ticket holder information, and has it set that your current seats are reserved to your email that you have provided us. The system should have your information pre-loaded (email, phone, address, etc.) and will allow you to change any information needed. This account will allow you to purchase tickets online for Capitals home games, as well as games at the 6 other BCHL teams arenas who are using Igniter (including, Nanaimo, Alberni Valley, and Powell River). For those who do not have an email on file, please contact the office and we will be able to assist you.
For those interested in changing seats, it should also afford you the opportunity to change to a new seat. The system has an interactive seat map and will show you the available seats and allow you to choose where you’d like to sit. Current season ticket holder seats will be reserved until July 22nd at 11:59pm, at which time we will release them to the public. If you decide after purchasing that you’d like to change seats, we will be able to assist you with that in the office.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have already purchased your tickets in the office you can ignore the renewal offer email. We will manually update our system.
