Education

Teams in the BC hockey league may battle hard against each other when the puck is dropped, but one thing for certain is the leagues commitment to post secondary education. The BCHL produces more college hockey players than any other Junior “A” league in North America with over 70 players graduating each season into Canadian and American colleges and Universities.

With the help of the teams’ education liaison, the expertise of our SAT tutor Jim Moore and the cooperation of the local school counselors, the Capitals prepare their players to excel academically and to be eligible to receive college scholarships.
